Replacements
  • A window period of 7 days from the order getting delivered is granted to the customer to replace the product(s).
  • The product(s) should be in unused condition and should have all the tags attached to it.
  • To generate replacement request customer needs to drop an email on info@autouniform.com. or can just reply on the order confirmation email. The email should mention the Order ID and the Reason as to why the customer wants to replace it.
  • The Reverse pick up facility is available only at select pin codes.
  • Customers self shipping the product(s) need to make sure that it is securely packed to avoid any transit damage.
  • After receiving the product and checking its intactness, a time period of 7 working days is required for the replacement product to be shipped. You will be receiving all the necessary updates in your account regarding it.
 
Returns:
Only Replacements/exchanges are allowed.
However, if a defected or a misprinted product reaches the customer, AutoUniform replaces it at no additional charges. You just have to share the images to info@autouniform.com or reply on the order confirmation mail you received.
 
Cancellations:
  • Customer can log in to their account(s) and raise a cancellation request(s).
  • Customers will not be able to cancel the product(s) after it has been dispatched.
Images:
  • The images of the items on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Every effort has been taken to display the colours accurately, but every display monitor's settings are different therefore the items may vary.
  • All sizes and measurements of items are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible.
Delivery:
  • On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
  • Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. AutoUniform.com will not have any liability to compensate on orders whose delivery has been postponed.
Intellectual Property Rights:
Autouniform.com holds all the intellectual property rights and any infringement to it by any one will be subjected to legal actions.
AutoUniform does not hold any rights to any Logos of the automobile companies and does not intent any copyright infringements.
